Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("terms") written on this webpage shall manage your use of our website, btcoptions.io, and cover your use and access to our services, client software and websites ("products") and ("services").

By visiting and/or taking any action on btcoptions.io, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to the website, emails, or any other communication.

Products and Services

  1. All products and services are 100% digital and are available on our website for usage.

Payments, Security, and Automatic Renweal

  1. All payments are processed securely through the secured payment systems. Btcoptions.io does not directly process payments through the website.
  2. We’ll automatically bill you from the date you purchase a subscription and on each periodic renewal until cancellation. We’ll send you a notice email reminding you that your plan is about to renew within a reasonable period of time prior to the renewal date.
  3. You can change the Payment Method you use to pay for btcoptions.io at any time.

Cancellation and Refunds

  1. You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the our services through the end of your billing period.
  2. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unused content.
  3. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. If you signed up for our services using your account with a third party as a Payment Method and wish to cancel your membership, you may need to do so through such third party, for example by visiting your account with the applicable third party and turning off auto-renew, or unsubscribing from the btcoptions.io service through that third party.

Support

  1. With each membership purchase you get Support as mentioned in the service's description.
  2. Support includes help with:
  • bug fixes (all issues are fixed by our team)
  • features or functionalities that do not work as presented
  1. We do our best to monitor the tickets around the clock, however, this is not always possible due to different time zones. We usually reply in a few hours, but reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours.
  2. Technical support is given by email. Response times may vary depending on availability.

Ownership

  1. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of the products or services offered on btcoptions.io, modified or unmodified. Products and services are exclusive property of btcoptions.io.

Termination

  1. You’re free to stop using our products/services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the products/services with notice to you if:
  • you’re in breach of these Terms,
  • your use of the products/services would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us or other users, or
  1. We’ll provide you with reasonable advance notice via the email address associated with your account to remedy the activity that prompted us to contact you. If after such notice you fail to take the steps we ask of you, we’ll terminate or suspend your access to our services.
  2. We won’t provide notice before termination where:
  • you’re in material breach of these Terms,
  • doing so would cause us legal liability or compromise our ability to provide the products/services to our other users, or
  • we're prohibited from doing so by law.

Liability

  1. In no event shall btcoptions.io, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, shall be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website whether such liability is under contract. btcoptions.io, including its officers, directors and employees shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Entire Agreement

  1. These terms constitute the entire agreement between btcoptions.io and You in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  1. These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legislation applicable in Serbia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Serbia for the resolution of any disputes.

Changes to terms

  1. If we change our terms of use we will post those changes on this page. Registered users will be sent an email that outlines changes made to the terms of use.

Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans

  1. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to your subscription plan will apply no earlier than your renewal date. We’ll send you a notice email informing you about changes within a reasonable period of time prior to the renewal date.
